Water Keeps You Healthy And Alive
Author: Alex Weidmann
The human body is 2 / 3 full of water, survival without water is impossible. Spring water has many positive energies and properties. Through long pipelines and chemical treatments, this energy is removed from the water for the most part.
The possibility of water revitalization – for example, according to the principle of can – the water that return the energy consumed and therefore back to its source, the healthy spring water. This once again with energy-enriched water have the advocates of the capacity to improve the self-cleaning and resistance of the body.
There are various ways to the water through the water stimulation, the energy consumed to give back: the so-called levitation put the water through reverse rotational movement into a kind of weightless condition which alters the molecular structure of water and will thus cause an accumulation of energy.
A human body can go around 3 weeks without food, and still survive. If the human body is deprived of water for even 3 days, it could mean death. That’s why water is so important to your body and your health.
Another possibility is that turbulence with a outdated, negative molecular structures with new and positive to be replaced. The possibility of recovery through information media gives the water either by artificial or natural carriers of energy, the opportunity for self-purification.
There are at present, unfortunately, still no scientific evidence to prove a positive effect, because each person reacts differently to the treated water. Moreover, no reduction in the hardness of water takes place. However, should be understood that energy-rich spring water, every organism is doing rather well, as there is no harm.

Getting angry at work can be good for you…
Author: Medimanage
“There’s a time and a place for anger, where nothing else will do.” Malcolm X
Yes, you read it right! Anger can actually be good for you. But hold on, if you thought you could simply give a piece of your mind to that colleague, or show an eye to your junior for a silly mistake or even tell your boss how you actually think of him, and all of this would be beneficial to you, then Ahem! Ahem! This is not what we are saying,…
Anger, though has commonly negative connotations, can drive success only when used positively and in the right manner. And when it is given a positive color, its definition changes to a more refined form of anger that actually means “drive”, “passion”, “conviction”, “determination”.…..
Re-positioning anger: Let’s see how….
How can something that is innately negative in nature, be good for us and more so at work? Well, here is the catch! First thing first, anger can be amazingly benefitting when it is driven the right way. Trust me, anger when “re-positioned” can actually spell success for you.
Instead of venting your angry feelings in thermonuclear outbursts, or blocking them, thereby creating internal stress, learn to turn your anger into a motivational tool which will help you become successful, creative, and ambitious at work and you can pursue your goals more vigorously.
Using your anger as a positive tool, can make your worklife much more exciting and interesting than ever. Among other well-known scholars, James Averill, PhD, University of Massachusetts, psychologist in his studies of everyday anger in the 1980s found that angry episodes helped strengthen relationships.
- Anger builds creativity:
It is anger that makes us question stereotypes, it is our resentment with the traded path, that sometimes we want to break new grounds and discover new ways of making profits and thereby it keeps us thinking and our creativity alive! Use your hot mind constructively and you will build bridges around the world!
- Anger builds communication:
It is your anger with what you think is going wrong in the office and you want to speak out. This spark catches a fire and you are the torch bearer of revolution that has managed to break an age old unnecessary tradition in the office and has served good to so many of your colleagues who could not gather the courage. Anger gives you the voice to need to bring about that positive change. Again, this is anger used positively.
- Anger brings in change:
Wise leaders once said, “it is the anger that speaks and that brings in a positive change. Anger can change governments and anger can bring justice“. So, is true for your workplace. It is when you feel that something is going wrong and you are angry about it, that you need to drive that anger positively by working towards bringing about the change you want to see.
When can it get dangerous??
When anger devastates, kills creativity and seeks absolute obedience, resents discussions and mars a friendly atmosphere, it is destructive anger. For instance:
Being bossy: Getting angry on your juniors for a mistake they have committed will not always bring positive results. It may instead repel them, and for them to understand the gravity of the situation, they need to be explained with peace and understanding so that they can reason it out for themselves.
Can’t gel with colleagues: You claim to be a perfectionist and detest when your colleagues find it hard to keep pace with your thoughts and ideas. This gets you restless and then angry. You will have to be more patient and considerate while you acknowledge the fact that different minds, and abilities make up for a team.
Resignation through email: A heated argument with your boss, has made you so angry, that in an impulse you decide to leave the firm and email him your resignation. This kind of impulsive reactions need to be controlled and the best way is to first acknowledge the fact that you are angry and then immediately make peace with yourself!
However, many would argue that it is not within them to control their impulses. When faced with a situation, they unknowingly, and in fact, inevitably end up being angry and short tempered. It just comes unconsciously and later they regret their actions but by that time it is too late. To read more about Getting angry at work can be good for you….
